Mobile Home Screen

The mobile app home screen displays accounts and balances, recent activity, and promotional offers. This article describes features of the home screen. 

For in-depth details on accounts and transactions, go to Accounts. For information on mobile money movement, go to Transfers. For details on favoriting or hiding accounts in the mobile app, go to View, Favorite, or Hide Accounts on Mobile. To customize the home screen, go to Mobile App Customization.

Top Navigation

On the top of the mobile home screen, select the envelope icon to view secure messages. A dot shows on the envelope icon if there are unread messages.User interface showing account balance and email icon highlighted.

If you have another profile linked, and you're already logged in, you can select the profiles icon to switch profiles. Go to Link Another Profile for more information.

Accounts

Select an account on the mobile home screen to view its details. To view all accounts, select the arrow. For more details, go to View, Favorite, or Hide Accounts.

Recent Activity

Below accounts on the mobile home screen, you'll find the most recent transaction activity across all accounts. Pending transactions are pinned to the top of this list, and the list displays up to five of the latest transactions. Select a transaction to view its details. Note: Activity from hidden accounts does not appear in Recent activity.

Verify External Accounts

If applicable, you can verify linked accounts from the mobile home screen. For more information, go to Linked Accounts.

Promotional Offer Cards

At the bottom of the mobile home feed are promotional offer cards, which show targeted services that your financial institution offers. For more information, go to Promotional Offer Cards.

Integrated Services

On the mobile home feed, below the promotional cards, is a carousel of cards for optional services that your financial institution may offer. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to customize this carousel. Services can include:

  • Open an account directly from mobile banking

    Section highlighted to open a new account.

  • Our NAF App functionality allows you to embed third-party applications in Narmi Banking. You can opt to display these NAF Apps as cards in this carousel. For more information, go to NAF Apps.

Bottom Navigation Bar

From the bottom navigation bar, select Transfer to transfer money, Deposit to deposit checks remotely, or More to access more mobile options
