View, Favorite, or Hide Accounts on Mobile

Easily view, favorite, or hide accounts on the mobile app. For in-depth details on accounts and transactions, go to Accounts. For information on mobile money movement, go to Transfers.

To view all accounts:

From the mobile home screen, select an account on the home screen to view its details. To view all accounts, select the arrow.

On the My accounts screen, all accounts are displayed by type, along with their available balance. The available balance is the amount that is immediately available to use, including any temporary holds or pending transactions on the account.

Favorite or Hide an Account

From the My accounts screen, select the three dots in the upper right corner to favorite or hide an account.

A drawer opens on the bottom of the screen. 

• Select Favorite accounts to mark the account as a favorite. On the screen that appears, select the star icon next to the account, then select Save changes. The favorited account appears at the top of the home screen in a Favorite accounts section. 
• Select Hide accounts to hide the account. On the screen that appears, select the eye icon next to the account, then select Save changes. When hidden, the account won't display on the home screen and instead appears at the bottom of the My accounts list, in a Hidden section.

Accounts that are favorited or hidden in the web app will be favorited or hidden in the mobile app, and vice versa. Accounts are favorited and hidden at the user level, so for businesses, the account is marked as a favorite or hidden for the individual sub-user, not the organization.
