Some Help Center content is visible only to Narmi clients. During your financial institution's implementation, you will receive a Help Center login, which gives you access to a robust library of instructions, best practices, and supporting documentation to assist you throughout the implementation process and beyond. Please reach out to a Narmi sales representative to learn more.

If you are an existing Narmi client and do not have a Help Center login, follow the instructions below to quickly create an account and access the content in this section.

Create a Help Center Login

1. Select Login on the top right corner of the screen.

2. If you have created an account in the past, log in by entering your username (usually your email address) and password.

3. If you have not created an account previously, select Sign up at the bottom.

4. Enter your name and email address associated with your financial institution, then select Sign up.

5. You will receive a confirmation that registration was successful. Next, check your email for an invitation.

6. In the invitation email, select Activate your account

7. You will be directed to a page to set up your password. Enter and confirm your password, then select Set password.

8. You are directed back to the homepage. Select Login in the top-right corner again, then enter your email and password to finish.
