The Card Subscriptions feature provides users with a clear view of recurring Visa card transactions, which helps them identify forgotten subscriptions and make more informed spending decisions. Accessible directly from the Narmi Banking web dashboard or mobile app home screen, this feature consolidates all subscription spending into a single, organized view that includes detailed payment history and calculated potential annual savings. For added convenience, users receive direct contact information for major merchants, streamlining the process of reducing unwanted expenses. To enable card subscriptions at your institution, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.
Navigate to Card Subscriptions
To open Card Subscriptions on the web app, select the Card subscriptions widget on the bottom right side of the web dashboard.
You can also go to Tools > Cards > select Manage for a specific card > Card subscriptions.
To open Card subscriptions on the mobile app, select the Card subscriptions widget under Recent transactions on the home screen.
You can also go to More > Cards > select a specific card > Card subscriptions.
Viewing and Canceling Subscriptions
The card subscriptions page opens to a list of all active subscriptions for your Visa debit and credit cards for the current month. If you have multiple cards, you can easily switch between them using the dropdown menu on the upper right.
Select any month in the graph to view detailed subscription activity for that period. For quick reference, the graph displays both individual monthly costs and total expenses across the previous 12 months. Below the graph, each subscription is listed with the merchant name and logo, associated card, and charge amount. Select any row to access more details.
In the side panel that appears, the merchant’s website, estimated next payment (if available), and history are displayed.
At the bottom of the side panel is an option to Cancel subscription. You can also see the potential annual savings if you choose to cancel a subscription.
Once you select Cancel subscription, a dialog box appears with cancellation contact information. For over 100 popular merchants, we provide a direct link to their cancellation page, a phone number, or an email address.
For other merchants, you'll see a message directing you to contact the merchant directly.
