From a user’s profile in Narmi Command, your staff can take specific action on that user from the Actions menu. The options available in the Actions menu of a specific customer/member vary depending on the type of user they are, their linked services, and whether their account is locked or unlocked. The actions available from staff member profiles are Resend invite, Lock/Unlock user, or Reset password. Each action provides a confirmation message before continuing.
