The following actions pertain to Bill Pay Transfers. Please refer to Permissions for User Actions for the permissions required to perform this action.
Create Bill Pay Credentials
This action automatically creates an account identifier and an access token for bill pay.
To create Billpay credentials:
From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the three dots menu, select Create bill pay creds.
A confirmation message appears.
Use Update bill pay creds described below to view the newly created credentials.
Update Bill Pay Credentials
This action allows you to update the account identifier and access token for Bill Pay.
Warning: This is a very high-risk action. You should only change Bill Pay credentials when the updated information has been independently verified.
To update Bill Pay credentials:
From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the three dots menu, select Update bill pay creds.
After updating information, select Update credentials to save.
