Create or Update Billpay Credentials

The following actions pertain to Billpay Transfers.

Create Billpay Credential

This action automatically creates an account identifier and access token for bill pay.

To create Billpay credentials:

1. From the Admin Platform, select Manage Users on the top navigation bar. 
2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 
3. From the Actions menu, select Create Billpay Credential.
4. A confirmation message appears. 

Use Update Billpay Credentials to view the newly created credentials.

Update Billpay Credentials

This action allows you to update the account identifier and access token for bill pay. Warning: This is a very high risk action. You should only change bill pay credentials when the updated information has been independently verified.

To update Billpay credentials:

1. From the Admin Platform, select Manage Users on the top navigation bar. 
2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 
3. From the Actions menu, select Update Billpay Credential.
   
4. Select Update Credentials to save.
