If your institution has enrollment codes enabled, when a user enrolls in Narmi Banking, they receive an enrollment code via email. When enrolling, they are prompted to enter this code to finalize enrollment. If the user is unable to receive enrollment code emails, you can select View enrollment code to display an on-screen enrollment code for staff to share. Note: This is only available for users who have not completed enrollment.

Warning: Always verify the customer's identity before sharing enrollment codes.
To view the enrollment code:
From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the banner at the top of the profile, select View enrollment code.

A dialog opens with the code, which you can share with the user.
