Article Summary

This action finds and deletes any voided transactions for all the user's accounts by manually triggering a refresh of a user’s recent transactions from the core. Note: Use caution with this action as it cannot be undone.

To delete voided transactions:

  1. From the Admin Platform, select Manage Users on the top navigation bar. 
  2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 
  3. From the Actions menu, select Check for Deleted Transactions.
  4. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, delete voided transactions to proceed.
