This action finds and deletes any voided transactions for all the user's accounts by manually triggering a refresh of a user’s recent transactions from the core. This action only checks for transactions within the last 10 (non-business) days and deletes transactions that have an “unknown” state (not confirmed on the core) in Narmi’s database.
If you require a complete refresh of an account’s transactions (delete existing transactions and reimport them from the core), please contact support@narmi.com.
Note: Use caution with this action as it cannot be undone.
To delete voided transactions:
From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the Actions menu, select Delete voided transactions.
A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, delete voided transactions to proceed.
