Article Summary

The Resend Invite action only applies to Staff users who were manually added via Add a New User in the User List. This action resends an email to the Staff user to activate their Digital Banking account. 

To resend an invite to a Staff user:

  1. From the Admin Platform, select Manage Users on the top navigation bar. 
  2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 
  3. From the Actions menu, select Resend Invite.
  4. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, resend invite to send.
