Delete Voided Transactions

This action is only available from the legacy user profile, not the enhanced profile. To switch to the legacy profile from the enhanced user profile, select Switch to previous version in the top banner. You will be able to access the legacy version until late May 2026.

This action finds and deletes any voided transactions for all the user's accounts by manually triggering a refresh of a user’s recent transactions from the core. This action only checks for transactions within the last 10 (non-business) days and deletes transactions that have an “unknown” state (not confirmed on the core) in Narmi’s database.

If you require a complete refresh of an account’s transactions (delete existing transactions and reimport them from the core), please contact support@narmi.com.

Note: Use caution with this action as it cannot be undone.

To delete voided transactions:

  1. From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members > select a user’s name > Switch to previous version.

  2. From the Actions menu, select Delete voided transactions.

  3. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, delete voided transactions to proceed.
