Resend Enrollment Code

If your institution has enrollment codes enabled, when a user enrolls in Digital Banking, they receive an enrollment code via email. When enrolling, they are prompted to enter this code to finalize enrollment. Select this option to resend the enrollment code email to the user. To enable this enrollment code for your users, go to the Admin Platform, under Institution Settings > Enrollment Code.

To resend the enrollment code email:

  1. From the Admin Platform, select Manage Users on the top navigation bar. 
  2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 
  3. From the Actions menu, select Resend Enrollment Code.
  4. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, resend email to send.
