Show Enrollment Code

If your institution has enrollment codes enabled, when a user enrolls in Digital Banking, they receive an enrollment code via email. When enrolling, they are prompted to enter this code to finalize enrollment. If the user is unable to receive enrollment code emails, you can select this option to display an onscreen enrollment code to share with the user. This is only available for users who have not completed enrollment.
Staff users with the permission "Can view user enrollment code via staff portal" have the Show enrollment code option in the Actions menu.
Warning: Always verify the customer's identity before sharing enrollment codes.
To show the enrollment code:
From the Admin Platform sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the Actions menu, select Show enrollment code.
A message with the enrollment code appears which you can share with the user.
