Create Bill Pay Credentials

This action automatically creates an account identifier and access token for bill pay.

To create Billpay credentials:

  1. From the Admin Platform sidebar, select Customers/Members.

  2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 

  3. From the Actions menu, select Create Bill Pay credential.

  4. A confirmation message appears. 

Use Update Bill Pay credentials to view the newly created credentials.

Update Bill Pay Credentials

This action allows you to update the account identifier and access token for Bill Pay.
Warning: This is a very high-risk action. You should only change Bill Pay credentials when the updated information has been independently verified.

To update Bill Pay credentials:

  1. From the Admin Platform sidebar, select Customers/Members.

  2. From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile. 

  3. From the Actions menu, select Update Bill Pay credentials.


  4. After updating information, select Update credentials to save.
