From a user’s profile in Narmi Command, your staff can take specific action on that user from the three dots menu at the top of the profile. The options available in the Actions menu for a specific customer/member vary based on the user's type, linked services, and whether their account is locked or unlocked. The actions available from staff member profiles are Resend invite, Lock/Unlock user, or Reset password. Each action provides a confirmation message before continuing.
