From a user’s profile in Narmi Command, your staff can take specific action on that user from the Actions menu. The options available in the Actions menu for a specific customer/member vary based on the user's type, linked services, and whether their account is locked or unlocked. The actions available from staff member profiles are Resend invite, Lock/Unlock user, or Reset password. Each action provides a confirmation message before continuing.
