From a user’s profile in Narmi Command, your staff can take specific action on that user from the Actions menu. The options available in the Actions menu of a specific customer/member vary depending on the type of user they are, their linked services, and whether their account is locked or unlocked. The options available in the Actions menu of a staff member are Lock/Unlock user or Reset password. This category describes all possible user actions.
