Inbox in Narmi Command

Prev Next

The inbox serves as a unified hub for managing your workflow across applications, transactions, and support messages. When a task is assigned to a staff member, they receive an immediate notification, allowing them to take direct action without searching for updates.

By providing the ability to reply, delete, or manage read/unread statuses from a single location, the inbox ensures that critical updates are never overlooked. This centralized approach helps your team prioritize their workload, maintain clear accountability, and resolve tasks more efficiently.

Note: The inbox displays notifications from the past 90 days.
