Reply to Messages

Article Summary

From the middle panel of the Messages page in the Admin Platform, you can view the selected message and reply. Messages are sent to recipient's email address and also stored on both the recipient's and sender's profiles within Digital Banking.

To reply to a message:

  1. From the Admin Platform, select Messages on the top navigation bar. 
  2. Type your message in the bottom box or choose to send a saved reply. To discard the draft at any time, select the trash can icon.
  3. Turn on the Internal note toggle to post a comment that only internal staff users can view. Internal notes display in the thread inside a blue box and are not viewable by customers/members.
  4. Select Upload file to attach any files. Only one attachment may be sent at a time. Note: Attachments are not scanned for viruses.
  5. Select Reply to Member to send the message.

Once sent, your message displays in the thread. If needed, select the trash can icon within your message to delete it. 

Users automatically receive an email notification to let them know your support team has replied. They can select the link in the email to open the reply. Users can also identify when they receive a reply in the message center, as unread messages have a green dot next to them.
