Users can send secure messages to your financial institution from the Support hub in Digital Banking. As part of your daily workflow, you can view and reply to those messages in the Admin Platform. Only staff members with the "add secure message" permission can reply to messages. This category describes features of the Admin Platform's Messages page. To see how users send messages in Digital Banking, go to Secure Messages.
To access messages in the Admin Platform, select Messages on the top navigation bar.
