The Recent Messages section of the user profile displays a list of recent message threads the user had with your institution via the Support hub. Select a message row to open the message thread. For more information on managing messages to your institution, go to Messages in Narmi Command.
Select the plus sign to create a new secure message to the user.
In the dialog that appears, enter the message subject and body and select Send.
