The Admin Platform Dashboard provides quick metrics for Digital Banking and Account Opening products. The sidebar can be closed for more space and opened by hovering over the institution's logo. Digital Banking Analytics show user activity, while Account Opening Analytics display application data. Messages summary includes thread details, and User Management allows viewing users by role. Each section offers insights for staff roles to access relevant information easily.
Once you log in, the Admin Platform opens to the Dashboard, which allows you to see quick metrics about your Digital Banking and Account Opening products. Summarized information provides data insight that all staff roles can access. This article describes the features of the Dashboard.
Close the Sidebar
To close the sidebar and increase space when using the Admin Platform, select the double arrows on the upper left.
To open the sidebar, hover over your institution’s logo and select the double arrows that appear.
Digital Banking Analytics
On the upper left is the Digital banking analytics summary. This gives your staff a high-level overview of user activity over the last 30 days for the following groups:
Active Customers - Active users with Customer role
Enrolled – Users who completed enrollment in Digital Banking
Confirmed Email – Users who confirmed their e-mail address
Enabled Two-factor Auth – Users who enabled two-factor authentication
Account Opening Analytics
On the bottom left is the Account Opening analytics summary. This section will not render if your institution does not use the Digital Account Opening product. For the past 30 days, totals are shown for the following:
Applications Started – The number of applications started
Applications Completed – The number of applications completed
Completion Percentage – The percentage of applications completed
Median Age of Applicant – The middle age of the applicant dataset

Messages
On the upper right is the Messages summary—an overview of your institution's message totals for the past 30 days. Threads are running commentary of messages about one question/topic. Threads include the initial message from the user as well as any follow-up responses.
Total Threads – The total number of threads
Open Threads – The number of open threads
Closed Threads – The number of threads that have been closed by your institution
My Replies – The total number of threads in which you have replied
Select Messages on the bottom right to be taken automatically to the most recent open thread. Go to Admin Messages to learn more.
User Management
On the bottom right is the User management summary, where you can quickly view a list of users by role. Select one of the following user roles:
Select Admins to open the Staff list filtered on users with “Admin” permissions
Select Staff to open the Staff list showing all staff
Select Customers/Members or User management to open the Customers/Members list
