Once you log in, Narmi Command opens to the Dashboard, enabling you to understand the overall health of deposits, application pipelines, digital banking activity, and funding trends—all on one page. For account opening, the dashboard metrics highlight the number of applications opened, total funding amount, average funding amount, and the application pipeline compared to the previous 30 days. For digital banking, the dashboard metrics highlight the total number of users, enrolled users, active users, and messages compared to the previous 30 days. These dashboard metrics provide a clear, comprehensive view of your financial institution’s digital experience over time, empowering you to take informed action.

Account Opening Metrics
On the top of the dashboard are the Account Opening metrics. This section only displays if your institution has Narmi Grow. The totals for the following metrics are based on a rolling 30-day period, which continuously updates each day. Additionally, percentage changes are shown in comparison to the previous 30-day period. Account Opening metrics are calculated in real time when you open the dashboard.
Applications opened – The number of applications that resulted in an opened account on your core banking system
Total funding amount – The total funding amount from all opened applications
Average funding amount – The average funding amount from all opened applications
The Applications pipeline shows how many applications created in the rolling 30-day period were subsequently submitted, funded, and opened. These are status categories that contain multiple application statuses. For example, “Created” includes applications in the following statuses: Creating, Creating Preapproved, Creating Unverified Already Exists on Core, and Creating Verified Already Exists on Core. Select View applications to review or manage all submitted or pending applications. Go to Applications for more information.
Digital Banking Metrics
The Digital Banking metrics are below the Account Opening section, giving your staff a high-level overview of transactions, deposits, and user activity. This section only displays if your institution has Narmi Banking. The totals for the following metrics are based on a rolling 30-day period, which continuously updates each day. Additionally, percentage changes are shown in comparison to the previous 30-day period.
Note: Total incoming transactions, total deposit amount, and average deposit amount metrics are calculated once per day at 12:00 am in your institution’s time zone. The rest of the Digital Banking metrics are calculated in real time when you open the dashboard.
Total incoming transactions – The number of transactions that represent deposits coming into your institution
Total deposit amount – The total deposit amount, including new deposits
Average deposit amount – The average deposit amount
Total users – The total number of users that are on Narmi Banking, including archived and active users
Enrolled users – The number of users who enrolled in Narmi Banking
Active users – The number of users that are not archived and have logged in within the rolling 30-day timeframe
Select the download icon to download a *.CSV file of these metrics to your computer.
Messages
Metrics for Messages are below the Digital Banking section. These provide an overview of your institution's message totals during the rolling 30-day timeframe. Threads are running commentary of messages about one question/topic. Threads include the initial message from the user and any follow-up responses. Message metrics are calculated in real time when you open the dashboard.
Total Threads – The total number of threads
Open Threads – The number of open threads
Closed Threads – The number of threads that have been closed by your institution
Replies – The total number of threads in which staff members have replied

Quicklinks
On the upper right of the dashboard, you’ll find a Quicklinks section to easily access popular features in Narmi Command. Note: Quicklinks are not editable.

Customers/Members – Opens a list of customers/members
Staff – Opens a list of staff users
Close the Sidebar
To close the sidebar and increase space when using Narmi Command, select the double arrows on the upper left.
To open the sidebar, hover over your institution’s logo and select the double arrows that appear.
