If your financial institution uses our Account Opening products (Consumer and/or Business Account Opening), you can review or manage all submitted or pending applications in the Admin Platform. This category describes features of the Applications page.
To access Applications, select Account opening > Applications from the sidebar. A staff user must have the following permission enabled by an Admin user to access the Applications page: "Can view account application applicants." For more information on permissions, go to Manage Roles.
