Applications

If your financial institution uses our Account Opening products (Consumer and/or Business Account Opening), you can review or manage all submitted or pending applications in Narmi Command. This category describes features of the Applications page.

To access Applications, select Account opening > Applications from the sidebar.  

Application Permissions

A staff user must have the following permissions to access applications in Narmi Command:

• Can view account application applicants – To access the Applications page

• Can send application action email – To send application action emails

To set permissions, from the Narmi Command sidebar, select Staff members > Roles.
