On Narmi Command's Applications page, you'll find a list of all applications (of any status) that have entered the Account Opening flow.

Select a tab to view applications by type. The tabs shown on the Applications page depend on which Account Opening products you have:

  • Business – For applications completed in Business Account Opening

  • Consumer – For applications completed in Consumer Account Opening

  • Business staff-led – For applications completed in Business Staff-Led Account Opening

  • Consumer staff-led – For applications completed in Consumer Staff-Led Account Opening

Business is selected by default for institutions that have both Consumer and Business products.

In the Applications list, the following fields are available:

  • Applicant – The applicant's full name

  • Last Updated – The date and time that the application was last updated in the Account Opening product. The application is considered created once the applicant submits their contact information.

  • Alloy – The link to the full identity evaluation decision in the Alloy platform. Go to Applicant Details to learn more.

  • Status – The status of the application. There are several possible application statuses, but the most common are listed in Application Statuses.

  • Assignee – The staff member assigned to the application. Go to Assign Applications for more information.

  • Funding Total – The total funding amount of all products selected during account opening

To view more details, select an application's row to open the application view.

Search, Sort, and Filter Applications

Search Applications

Search for specific applications by entering one of the following search characteristics in the search box. Search results appear as you type.

  • Applicant name (first name, last name, or both first and last name)

  • Email address

  • Social Security Number/Tax Identification Number (enter without dashes or spaces)

    • You can search for sole proprietors via SSN

  • Organization (business) name

  • Application ID

  • Application status

Sort Applications

You can sort the applications list by applicant name, last updated, or funding total by selecting the arrow symbol (↑↓) next to the column header—select it once to sort ascending, select again to sort descending, and select a third time to return to the default. The symbol indicates how the list is currently sorted:

  • (↑↓) Default – By default, the list is sorted by Last updated (with the most recent showing first).

  • (↑) Ascending – The list is sorted in ascending order by that column. For Applicant name, this is A to Z. For Last updated, this is oldest to newest. For Funding total, this is lowest to highest.

  • (↓) Descending – The list is sorted in descending order by that column. For Applicant name, this is Z to A. For Last updated, this is newest to oldest. For Funding total, this is highest to lowest.

Filter Applications

Filter the applications list by selecting the filter icon below the search box.

Select from the following filters:

  • Applicant – Filter by the applicant name by selecting one or more names from the list, or enter a name in the Search field.

  • Assignee – Filter by the staff member(s) assigned to the application by selecting one or more assignee names from the list, or enter a name in the Search field.

  • Business name – Filter by the business name by selecting one or more business names from the list, or enter a business name in the Search field.

  • Email – Filter by the applicant’s email address by selecting one or more email addresses from the list, or enter an email address in the Search field.

  • Funding amount – To search by total funding amount, enter an amount range, the minimum funding amount, or the maximum funding amount.

  • Status – You can filter on the following status categories, which include specific sub-statuses by default when checked:

    • Creating – Includes applications in the following statuses: Creating, Creating Preapproved, Creating Unverified Already Exists on Core, and Creating Verified Already Exists on Core

    • Submitted – Includes applications in the following statuses: Submitted, Review, Documents Requested, Documents in Review, and Submitted Preapproved

    • Funding – Includes applications in the following statuses: Funding, Funded, Funding Failed, Funding Unknown, and Too Many Attempts

    • Opened – Includes applications in the following statuses: Opening, Opening Failed, and Opened

    • Rejected – Includes applications in Rejected status

    • Canceled – Includes applications in the following statuses: Canceled and Withdrawn

    • Approved – Includes applications in Approved status

    Select the dropdown arrow next to each status category to refine the sub-statuses you want to include. Select Apply to save adjustments.

  • Tax ID – Filter by the tax ID associated with the application by selecting one or more tax IDs from the list, or enter an ID in the Search field.

  • Updated – Filter by a date range for when the application was last updated. Enter the start and end dates, or select the calendar icon to choose from a calendar pop-up. You must select both a start and an end date for the range.

Select Apply after choosing each filter. Once you apply a filter, an indicator shows at the top of the list. Select the filter indicator to refine it further, or Clear filter to clear it.
