Article Summary

On the Admin Platform's Applications page, you'll find a list of all applications (of any status) that have entered the Account Opening flow.

Select a tab to view applications by type. The tabs shown on the Applications page depend on which Account Opening products you have. If you have our Consumer Account Opening product, you'll see the Consumer tab. If you have our Business Account Opening product, you'll see the Business tab. If you have our Consumer Staff-Led Account Opening product, you'll see the Consumer staffer-led tab. (Business is selected by default for institutions that have both Consumer and Business Account Opening products.)

In the Applications list, the following fields are available:

  • Applicant – The applicant's full name
  • Last Updated – The date and time that the application was last updated in the Account Opening product. The application is considered created once the applicant submits their contact information.
  • Alloy – The link to the full identity evaluation decision in the Alloy platform. Go to Applicant Details to learn more.
  • Status – The status of the application. There are several possible application statuses, but the most common are listed in Application Statuses.
  • Funding Total – The total funding amount of all products selected during account opening

To view more details, select an application's row to open the application view.

Search, Sort, and Filter Applications

Search Applications

Search for specific applications by entering one of the following search characteristics in the search box. Search results appear as you type.

  • Applicant name (first name, last name, or both first and last name)
  • Email address
  • Social Security Number/Tax Identification Number (enter without dashes or spaces)
  • Organization (business) name
  • Application ID
  • Application status

Sort Applications

You can sort the applications list by applicant name, last updated, or funding total by selecting the arrow symbol (↑↓) next to the column header—select it once to sort ascending, select again to sort descending, and select a third time to return to the default. The symbol indicates how the list is currently sorted:

  • (↑↓) Default – By default, the list is sorted by Last updated (with the most recent showing first).
  • (↑) Ascending – The list is sorted in ascending order by that column. For Applicant name, this is A to Z. For Last updated, this is oldest to newest. For Funding total, this is lowest to highest.
  • (↓) Descending – The list is sorted in descending order by that column. For Applicant name, this is Z to A. For Last updated, this is newest to oldest. For Funding total, this is highest to lowest.

Filter Applications

Filter the applications list by selecting the filter icon to the right of the search box.

A side panel appears where you can search by applicant name, email, and SSN, or filter by the application status category, last updated date range, or funding total amount range.

The following filters are available in the side panel:

Status

You can filter on the following status categories, which include the following application statuses by default (but can be changed once applied):

  • Creating – Includes applications in the following statuses: Creating and Creating Preapproved
  • Submitted – Includes applications in the following statuses: Submitted, Review, Documents Requested, and Documents in Review
  • Funding – Includes applications in the following statuses: Funding, Funded, Funding Failed, Funding Unknown, and Too Many Attempts
  • Opened – Includes applications in the following statuses: Opening, Opening Failed, and Opened
  • Rejected – Includes applications in Rejected status
  • Canceled – Includes applications in the following statuses: Canceled and Withdrawn

Last Updated

You can filter by a range of dates the application was last updated. Enter the start and end dates, or select the calendar icon to choose from a calendar popup. You must select both a start and end date for the range.

Funding Total

To search by total funding amount, you can enter an amount range, or enter the minimum funding amount only or the maximum funding amount only.

Select Apply to apply the filters or Clear all to remove the filter. Select Hide to close the filter panel without making changes.

Applied filters display above the list. Select the filter dropdown and refine further by unchecking any statuses you do not want to include or adjusting dollar amounts or dates. Select Apply.
