The payment activity view provides your business users with a clear, real-time view of both past and upcoming payment and domestic wire activity, enabling them to manage cash flow with confidence and quickly identify any unusual activity. Users can view their payment/wire status at a glance, see details, and quickly make, approve, or cancel them as needed.

You can also access it from the “Payment activity” section of the mobile home screen:

Or More > Payment activity in the mobile app:

Status – The transaction status; go to ACH Payment Activity Statuses or Domestic Wire Activity Statuses for more information.

ACH Payment Activity Statuses

The following activity statuses are available:
Canceled – The creator, another user with permissions, or a staff member canceled the payment; no payment was processed.
Completed – The payment was submitted to the receiving institution. For bulk payments, this means that all individual payments in the batch were successfully processed.
Completed with issues (bulk payments only) – A bulk payment where some payments failed, and others were successful.
Failed – No money was transferred. For bulk payments, this means every payment in the send has failed.
In progress – Recurring payments started. For bulk payments, some have begun processing, but not all.
Pending approval – The payment was submitted but has not yet been approved via dual approvals.
Processing – The payment was created but has not yet been included in the NACHA file (this covers the Pending, Review, and Analyzing transaction statuses shown in ACH Manager).
Scheduled – The payment was approved (if necessary) and will be sent automatically on the future scheduled date.
Domestic Wire Activity Statuses
The following wire activity statuses are available:
Canceled – Your institution's staff has canceled the wire, and it will not be processed further.
Completed – The wire was submitted to the receiving institution.
Failed – No money was transferred due to a problem like insufficient balance, or it was rejected by your institution’s staff.
Pending approval – Wire is pending approval by an additional business banking user with Collaborator permissions who has opted in to dual approvals.
Processing – Wire is in the process of being sent.
