Wire Manager empowers your staff to track and manage wire transactions efficiently. Staff members can view comprehensive wire details to make informed decisions about wire transactions that have been flagged by your institution’s risk settings. Your institution can set up wire risk rules within Narmi Command in Risk Manager.

Wire Manager v1 and v2

The articles in this category cover our redesigned Wire Manager—Wire Manager v2—available in release 2025.5. At this time, the original Wire Manager and Wire Manager v2 are available from Narmi Command > Transactions to accommodate the transition period needed to train staff members on the new experience. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager when you are ready to turn off the original Wire Manager.

Wire Manager Permissions

To use Wire Manager, your staff must have the following permissions:

  • Can view wire transaction – To access the Wire manager option in the Narmi Command sidebar and view individual wire details

  • Can change wire transaction – To change a wire transaction's status

  • Can delete wire transaction – To reject a wire using the Reject button in Wire Manager

  • Can process wire transaction – To manually process a wire transaction

To set permissions, from the Narmi Command sidebar, select Staff members > Roles.
