Selecting an individual transaction opens a dialog that displays the transaction's details. The following fields apply to posted transactions, unless specified below that they apply to pending transactions. Scroll down to learn about the individual fields.

The transaction detail contains:
Transaction title – The transaction description taken from the core, and the dollar amount; also shows for pending transactions
Images of cleared check(s) (if applicable) – Check images display as attachments in the transaction detail. Attachments include the front and back images of the check(s), as well as the deposit slip image. Select Attachment #1, Attachment #2, etc. to view the image(s).

Hover over an image and select the download icon to download that image in a high-resolution JPG file. To download a PDF of the transaction, see the Actions section below.

Transaction date – The date the transaction occurred; also shows for pending transactions
Posted date – The date the transaction was posted
Resulting balance – The resulting balance after the posted transaction
Account – The account corresponding to the transaction; also shows for pending transactions
Transaction Type – The type of transaction; there are several possible types, including "Cleared Check," "Branch Transfer Withdrawal," "Dividend," or "Fee."
Description – For posted ACH transactions, this includes information added in the “Memo” field for the initiated transfer. For pending transactions, this displays the transaction title.
Actions
Users can perform the following actions in the transaction detail dialog:
Add Tags – Add tags to a transaction to easily find it later when performing a keyword search or setting transaction alerts. For more information on searching, go to Search and Filter Transactions. For more information on transaction alerts, go to Alerts & Security.
Download – Automatically download a PDF of the specific transaction, including the deposit slip and check image(s). To download the complete transaction history for an account, go to Download Transaction History.

Notes – Add a note about the transaction for personal reference. These notes also help find transactions later when performing a keyword search. For more information on searching, go to Search and Filter Transactions.
Report an Issue – Select Report an issue to contact the financial institution about the transaction. Note: Report an Issue is only available for settled transactions, not pending transactions. A dialog appears to enter a subject, type a message, select the team to direct the message to (if applicable), and attach supporting files. Select Submit to send the message.
