Selecting an individual transaction opens a dialog that displays the following details of the transaction:
- Transaction title – The transaction description taken from the core and the dollar amount
- Images of cleared check (if applicable) – Select Download to view images in high-resolution
- Transaction date – The date the transaction occurred
- Posted date – The date the transaction posted
- Resulting balance – The resulting balance after the posted transaction
- Account – The account corresponding to the transaction
- Transaction Type – The type of transaction; there are several possible types, some examples are: "Cleared Check," "Branch Transfer Withdrawal," "Dividend," or "Fee."
- Description – For posted ACH transactions, this includes information added in the “Memo” field for the initiated transfer.
Perform the following actions in the transaction detail dialog:
- Add Tags – Add tags to a transaction to easily find it later when performing a keyword search or setting transaction alerts. For more information on searching, go to Search and Filter Transactions. For more information on transaction alerts, go to Alerts & Security.
- Download – Automatically download a PDF of the specific transaction. Use this to view check images in high-resolution. To download the complete transaction history for an account, go to Download Transaction History.
- Notes – Add a note about the transaction for personal reference. These notes also allow for finding transactions later when performing a keyword search. For more information on searching, go to Search and Filter Transactions.
- Report an Issue – Select Report an issue to contact the financial institution about the transaction. Note: Report an Issue is only available for settled transactions, not pending transactions. A dialog appears to enter a subject, type a message, select the team to direct the message to (if applicable), and attach supporting files. Select Submit to send the message.
