Users can search and filter transactions on the web app or search transactions on the mobile app.

Search and Filter Transactions on Web

To quickly find a specific transaction on the web app, use the search and filter feature:

  1. Navigate to a specific account from the web dashboard or Accounts menu.

  2. In the Transaction history section, select Search & filter.

  3. Enter the information to search or filter on. The following options are available:

    • Date range – Select one of the last three months or enter a custom date range

    • Amount Range – Select a minimum and/or maximum amount

    • Keyword – Enter a keyword to search posted transactions for that word. If tags were added to specific transactions, you can also search on those tags by entering them as keywords. Go to Transaction Details for information on adding tags.

    • Transaction type – Select "Debit" for withdrawals or "Credit" for deposits

  4. Select Show results and the filtered transactions automatically appear. Select Clear all to remove the filter(s).

Search Transactions on Mobile

To search for a transaction on the mobile app:

  1. From the Transaction history section of a specific account, select Search.

  2. Enter a name, amount, or tag in the top box and select Search. The filtered transactions automatically appear. Go to Transaction Details for information on adding tags.
