Narmi AO ACH Service
If your institution uses Narmi AO ACH Service for ACH funding, ACH limits will be managed directly with Narmi; Authorize.net will have no involvement. Please reach out to your Narmi Relationship Manager for more information.
Managing Funding Limits
There are two steps to managing or changing funding limits:
- Limit set in Institution Settings in the Narmi Admin Platform (Front-end)
- Managed by your financial institution (FI)
- Limits visible to the applicant during account opening workflow
- "Max Funding Amount via ACH" setting in Admin Platform
- Indicates the max amount an applicant can deposit via ACH
- Limit set in Authorize.Net (Back-end)
- Managed by your FI or Narmi via email request to Authorize.Net
- Combination of daily and monthly funding limit amounts
- Limits can be viewed in the Authorize.Net portal, but changes must be requested through an Authorize.Net representative
- Additional instruction and contact information will be provided by your Narmi Implementation Project Manager or Relationship Manager
Update limits in BOTH places
Ensure that limits are updated in the Narmi Admin Platform AND Authorize.Net, otherwise, whichever limit is lower will be in effect.
For additional information, visit the Funding Limits section.
Managing Holds
There is one step to managing or changing funding holds:
- Holds set in Institution Settings in the Narmi Admin Platform
- Managed by your FI
- "Hold Length for Funding via ACH" setting in Admin Platform
- Indicates the number of days that a hold is applied when an applicant uses a bank account for initial funding
- Setting carries a default value of 5 days
