Card Funding Institution Settings

Your financial institution (FI) can change limits and hold times if desired. To make these changes on the front end, please email support@narmi.com with the change request. This must be approved by an executive at your FI.

Changing Limits

It may be required to also submit a limit change request with Authorize.net and/or Elavon. At least two weeks advance notice should be provided for a limit change asAuthorize.net and/or Elavon may request further documentation before initiating the change.

[Max Funding Amount via Card] – The max amount an applicant can deposit via card. This is a self-serve setting for financial institutions and carries a default value of $1,000.

Changing Hold Times

[Hold Length For Funding via Debit/Credit Card] – The number of days that a hold is applied when an applicant uses a debit or credit card for initial funding. The default value is 1 day. This setting is configurable by your FI.
