Your institution can change card funding limits and hold times if desired. To make these changes, go to Narmi Command, under Configurations > Institution settings, and update the settings below.
Changing Limits
It may be required to also submit a limit change request with Authorize.net and/or Elavon. At least two weeks advance notice should be provided for a limit change as Authorize.net and/or Elavon may request further documentation before initiating the change.
Max Funding Amount via Card– The maximum funding amount via card for Consumer Account Opening applications. The default value is $1,000. To turn off funding via card, change this setting to 0.BAO Max Funding Amount via Card– The maximum funding amount via card for Business Account Opening applications. If not set (unset value is -1), applications will default to the Consumer Account Opening limit specified above. To turn off funding via card, change this setting to 0.
Changing Hold Times
Hold Length For Funding via Debit/Credit Card – The number of days that a hold is applied when an applicant uses a debit or credit card for initial funding. The default value is 1 day.
