Digital Banking promotions provide a direct channel to market your institution's products and services to a captive audience. This targeted advertising of loans, credit cards, investment opportunities, and more can increase cross-selling and upselling opportunities, boosting revenue. Additionally, promotions can enhance customer engagement and retention by informing users of new features, special offers, and financial tips, fostering a stronger connection with your customers. Using Promotions in the Admin Platform, your institution can easily create and schedule targeted marketing campaigns that run directly from your web and mobile Digital Banking apps. Contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to enable Admin Promotions.
If you do not have the Promotions feature enabled in the Admin Platform, you can highlight key functionality or offers with promotional cards. Promotional cards is a legacy feature that we are no longer developing, so we encourage you to switch to Admin Promotions.
Promotion Types
There are three types of promotions for the web app—card, banner image, and card image. These ads display on the lower portion of the digital banking dashboard, shown below.
For the mobile app, there are two types of promotions—card and banner image. These ads display on the lower portion of the mobile home feed shown below.
You can have multiple promotion types active, but only one per type can be displayed at the same time. For example, if you have two mobile cards active and two mobile banners active, only one card and one banner are displayed to customers. The different promotions will switch when the user next logs in to the app. Each promotion will be shown randomly but at an equal distribution. For example, if you have 3 card promotions, then a customer will see 1 of those promotions 33% of the time.
