Easily track the progress of your promotion using real-time analytics on the Promotions page in the Admin Platform. Impressions, clicks, and click-through rates give your staff actionable insights into campaigns that are active or completed.
To open the Promotions page, from the Admin Platform sidebar, select Promotions.
Impressions – This refers to the number of times the promotion is displayed to a user on the web or mobile app. Each time the ad appears on a user's screen, it counts as an impression, even if they don't interact with it. Impressions are a metric commonly used to measure the visibility or awareness of a campaign, as they indicate how often the content is seen. An impression is defined by page load. We do not timestamp impressions, but you can view impressions and clicks by date in the details panel.
Clicks – This refers to the Click-through Rate (CTR), which compares the number of clicks to the number of impressions. It’s calculated by dividing clicks by impressions and is expressed as a percentage. A high CTR suggests effective targeting and ad content.
CTR = (Clicks / Impressions) ×100
We measure the unique number of clicks per user per day. For example, if a user clicked on a promotion 5 times yesterday and 2 times today, the total click count for that user would be 2. To see the number of actual clicks, select a promotion row to open promotion details.
