Username Recovery and Password Reset

Users can easily recover their usernames or reset their passwords if they forget. To do this:

1. On the login page, select Forgot your username or password?

2. Enter the email address that should receive password reset instructions.

3. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset. For security, usernames are redacted in email communications.
