Updating Institution Logos

Keep your institution's logos up to date in Narmi Grow and Narmi Banking to ensure consistent, current branding across all customer touchpoints. Institution logos appear in various locations, including emails, web and mobile apps, and printed documents. To update logos, you must complete the process in both the UAT (testing) environment and the production environment.

Logo images should have a transparent background and should be either *.SVG or *.PNG. If the image is a *.PNG, we recommend a size of approximately 200 x 50 pixels for the primary logo and email logo, and 800 x 200 pixels for the print logo. Typically, your primary logo should be used for all three settings, unless otherwise decided during implementation.

To update your logo:

  1. Go to the Narmi Command in your UAT environment to test the logo change before applying it to your production environment.

  2. Go to Configurations > Institution settings and search for "logo" to quickly locate the relevant settings. There are three logo settings:

    • Email Logo URL – Logo displayed in email communications

    • Primary Logo URL – Main logo for the web interface and the mobile web browser footer

    • Print Logo URL (Narmi Banking only) – Logo used on printed documents and PDFs

    Although each setting includes "URL" in the name, you can upload an image file directly. Narmi Command will automatically generate and update the URL. Select Edit next to each setting.

  3. Before uploading a new file, confirm that the current logo preview displays the logo you want to replace.

    Note: The updated logos may not appear immediately due to cached pages. Clear your browser cache to help speed up the refresh process.

  4. Visually confirm each logo has updated correctly:

    • Email Logo – Search for "email template" and select the "View sample email" on any of the email template settings. Your updated logo should appear in the email preview.

    • Primary Logo – Check the Narmi Grow or Narmi Banking login page, where the logo should be visible on the top left.

    • Print Logo (Narmi Banking only) – This logo appears on transaction PDFs. Go to Narmi Banking > Accounts > select an account > select a transaction > Download.

  1. Once you've confirmed all logos display correctly in UAT, repeat steps 2-4 in your production environment.

Production Note: When testing the email logo in production, the "View sample email" button will be labeled "Send sample email" and will send the sample email to the individual rather than just showing a preview.
