Mobile Legal Notices

Users can access your institution's legal disclosures on the mobile app's Legal page. Our Implementations team gathers your legal information during onboarding, but you can also customize these links from the Admin Platform. To customize the web app footer, go to Online Banking Footer.

To view legal notices, select the More menu in the bottom navigation bar, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select Legal.

On the page that appears, the following notices may display, depending on your institution's setup: 

• Terms of Service – To enter a URL for the Terms of Service, go to the Admin Platform, under Institution Settings > Consumer Terms & Conditions URL (for consumers) or Business Terms & Conditions URL (for businesses). For instructions on updating your Terms of Service later and having users re-consent, go to Updating Digital Banking Disclosures.
• Privacy Policy – To enter a URL for the Privacy Policy, go to Institution Settings > Privacy URL.
• Photo Check Deposit Terms – This is for your institution's Remote Deposit Capture terms and conditions. To enter a URL, go to Institution Settings > RDC Terms & Conditions URL.
• Esign Agreement – To enter a URL for the Esign Agreement, go to Institution Settings > E-sign URL.
