You can customize the favicon and footer for web banking to align with your institution’s identity. Adding your logo as a favicon helps customers easily recognize your institution in their browser tabs, while a customized footer allows you to display important information, including routing number, support contact info, terms and conditions, and more. Personalizing these elements provides a cohesive look and feel across Narmi Banking for web.
To update your institution’s logo in other places besides the footer, go to Updating Institution Logos.
Updating the Favicon
A favicon is a small icon representing a website in browser tabs, bookmarks, and address bars. This can be updated to use your institution’s logo. To customize your online banking favicon, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to update the Favicon URL setting. You must provide a URL to your institution's favicon in *.PNG or *.ICO format. The maximum supported favicon size is 64x64 px.
