If your institution would like to see historical rating data for your app, along with peer group averages, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.
App ratings provide valuable feedback to help us improve the app and increase its visibility on the App Store (Google Play and Apple). The App Store review prompt appears at the bottom of the app on both iOS and Android.
The following mobile banking user actions trigger the prompt:
After a remote deposit (if no submission errors are encountered)
After a successful transfer (wire, internal, ACH, or Member to Member)
After responding to a dual approval (businesses only)
After unfreezing a card
After enrolling in paperless statements
If the user selects Not now (or the "X"), the prompt closes and will no longer appear unless the user uninstalls the mobile app, or selects Forget this device from the More menu.
If the user selects Let's go, they will be directed to rate the app out of five stars. Selecting Not Now closes the rating prompt.
Upon submitting the star rating, a second prompt appears asking the user to write a review. Selecting OK closes the feedback prompt.
Selecting Write a Review opens a form where the user can easily send a review to the App Store without leaving the banking app.
After selecting Send, the prompt will no longer appear unless the user uninstalls the mobile app, or selects Forget this device from the More menu.
