Your institution can change card funding limits and hold times if desired. To make these changes, go to Narmi Command, under Configurations > Institution settings, and update the settings below.
Managing Funding Limits
Use the following settings to manage funding limits. It may be required to also submit a limit change request with Authorize.net and/or Elavon. At least two weeks advance notice should be provided for a limit change as Authorize.net and/or Elavon may request further documentation before initiating the change.
Max Funding Amount via Card– The maximum funding amount via card for consumer applications in Narmi Grow. The default value is $1,000. To turn off funding via card, change this setting to 0.BAO Max Funding Amount via Card– The maximum funding amount via card for business applications in Narmi Grow. If not set (unset value is -1), applications will default to the consumer limit specified above. To turn off funding via card, change this setting to 0.
Managing Holds
Use the following setting to manage holds:
Hold Length For Funding via Debit/Credit Card– The number of business days that a hold is applied when an applicant uses a debit or credit card for initial funding in Narmi Grow. The default value is 1 day.
