Consumer users can easily add your institution's debit and credit cards to their Apple or Android digital wallet directly within the mobile app. With instant push provisioning, they’ll have immediate access to new cards without manual entry. This seamless process ensures your institution’s card is the preferred choice in their digital wallet, boosting card revenue and driving primacy. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to enable push provisioning for your institution.
Note: At this time, push provisioning is only supported for Visa-branded cards.
To add a card to a digital wallet:
On the mobile app, select More > Cards and select a card from the list of available cards.
On an Apple device, select Add to Apple Wallet. On an Android device, select Add to G Pay.
If more than one device is connected to the mobile app, such as a phone and a watch, a prompt appears to select the desired device. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may include agreeing to the terms and conditions of Apple or Android.
Once added, the Cards page displays Added to Apple Wallet or Added to Google Pay. The user also receives a confirmation via push notification.
Below is an example of how the card looks in the Apple Wallet:
