Business users can add ACH payment recipients during the payment flow and save them for making future payments. Business users can easily add ACH and wire account information to the same recipient to be used for both ACH payments and wire transfers. To manage ACH payment recipients in Narmi Banking, go to Settings - Recipients.
Add an ACH Payment Recipient on Web
To add an ACH payment recipient on the web app:
From the Transfer page on web, select ACH payment.
Select To > Add a new recipient. If there are several recipients, you may need to scroll down to see this option.
In the side panel that appears, select whether the recipient is a Person or Business, and enter the Recipient name and optional internal-only Nickname. Select Save.
Enter the recipient’s ACH Account number, Routing number, and Account type (Personal savings, Personal checking, Business savings, or Business checking). Select Save.
Under Additional details, you can add wire bank account information to use this recipient for wire transfers. Select Use ACH details to auto-populate the Account number and Routing number with the recipient’s ACH account information. Enter the street address and select Save.
Select Done to save the recipient.
The new recipient auto-populates the To field of the payment flow. Go to Make an ACH Payment for instructions on sending a payment.
Add an ACH Payment Recipient on Mobile
To add an ACH payment recipient on the mobile app:
Select Transfer > ACH payment.
Select Add a recipient.
In the panel that appears, select whether the recipient is a Person or Business, and enter the Recipient name and optional internal-only Nickname. Select Create recipient.
Enter the recipient’s ACH Account number, Routing number, and Account type (Personal savings, Personal checking, Business savings, or Business checking). Select Save.
The new recipient auto-populates the recipient field of the payment flow. Go to Make an ACH Payment for instructions on sending a payment.
