Adding wire recipients allows users to save time by saving the recipient’s information for future transfers. Consumer users and business users wiring money without a template can easily add a new recipient during the web or mobile wire transfer process.
To manage wire recipients from the web app Settings, go to Recipients. To manage wire recipients on the mobile app, go to Manage Wire Recipients.
Add a Wire Recipient for Web
To add a wire recipient via the web app wire transfer flow:
From the top navigation bar, select Transfer > Wire.
For business users, select Send without a template.
In the form that appears, select To, and scroll past your saved recipients to select Add a new wire recipient.
Enter the recipient’s name, address, routing number, and account number. Select Add recipient.
Your institution can opt to restrict users from entering a P.O. box in the Street Address field. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to configure this restriction.
A confirmation message appears, and the recipient is automatically selected in the To field.
Add a Wire Recipient for Mobile
To add a wire recipient via the mobile app wire transfer flow:
From the top navigation bar, select Transfer > Wire.
For business users, select Send without a template.
Select To, and from the menu that appears, select Add a recipient.
Enter the recipient's name, address, routing number, and account number. Select Save.
Your institution can opt to restrict users from entering a P.O. box in the Street Address field. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager to configure this restriction.
