Send or Receive Money via Zelle

To transfer money via FIS Zelle:

  1. From the Transfers page on web or mobile, select Zelle. If this is the first time transferring with Zelle, you must enroll. See the Enroll in Zelle for enrollment instructions.

  2. On the page that appears, select Send or Request.

  3. Select a recipient from the list or search for a recipient by name, phone, or email. To add a new recipient or sender, select the person icon on the upper right. To scan a QR code, select Scan the QR code to send money with Zelle.

  4. Enter the amount to transfer, select the account the money should be transferred from/to and select Review to continue.
    If you would like to quit the transfer, select Cancel.
    Note: Transaction limits, as well as frequency limits, can be set by your institution during onboarding.

  5. A final page appears to review details and add an optional note. Select Send or Request to complete the transfer.
    The recipient will receive their money (or receive your request for money) after enrolling in Zelle. The recipient must enroll within 14 days or the money is returned.

  6. If your institution has opted to require a one-time passcode each time money is sent to a recipient, the prompt appears to enter the passcode and select Verify.

  7. A confirmation page appears. Select All Done to finish.

View Zelle Activity

To view recent Zelle payments or requests, from the Transfers page on web or mobile, select Zelle, then select Activity. On the page that appears, all activity displays by default with pending payments on top and completed payments on the bottom. Select Payments to see money sent and Requests to see requests for money.

Manage Zelle Recipients

Users can manage recipients when sending or requesting money. From the Transfers page on web or mobile, select Zelle, then select Send or Request.

Add a New Recipient

From the Select Recipients page, select the person icon on the upper right. Add the recipient's U.S. mobile phone number or email address and the recipient’s name (or business name). Select Add and Continue.

A safety warning appears. Select Next

Follow the onscreen instructions to send or request money. Afterward, the new recipient is automatically saved to your recipient list.

Edit or Delete a Recipient

From the Select Recipients page, select the pen icon to the right of the recipient’s name. Edit the name, phone number, or email, and then select Change. To delete a recipient, select Delete.

Manage Zelle Settings

From the cog wheel menu, users can manage their payment profiles, change the funding account, or select where notifications should be sent. At the bottom of the Zelle landing page, select the cog wheel icon.

To add a new profile, select Add mobile or Add email. Enter the verification code sent to the phone number or email address entered and select Continue. Once verified, the My Info page displays the number or email as "enrolled."

To delete a profile, select the "X" next to a phone number or email in the list.

To change the funding account, select a new account from the menu under Funding Account.

To change the email or phone number that receives Zelle notifications, select a new email or phone from the menu under Zelle Notifications.
