Your institution can have a third-party money movement app accessible to your users from the Transfers page of Digital Banking. To set up this functionality, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.
To send money with a third-party transfer app:
- From the web app, select Transfer on the top navigation bar or select Transfer funds from the Dashboard.
From the mobile app, select Transfer on the bottom navigation bar. - On the page that opens, select the app name. Your institution configures this name during setup.
- The transfer app opens in a new web browser tab or within an iframe in online banking, depending on the app settings. On the mobile app, it will either open in the mobile app or a web browser, depending on the settings.
Like other NAF apps, the third-party transfer app can also be accessed in the following ways:
- By selecting Tools on the top navigation bar in the web app
- By selecting the app name under Services on the web dashboard
- By selecting the app name on the home screen in the mobile app
