Article summary

Your financial institution may offer electronic documents for on-demand visibility within Digital Banking, including monthly account summary statements, tax documents, and e-notices. These are also known as "e-statements" or "paperless statements."

There are two ways Narmi retrieves documents for use in web or mobile banking:

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO) – We retrieve documents from a statement service provider and render an embedded experience in the web or mobile apps.
  2. Application Programming Interface (API) – We retrieve the documents from a third-party API and render the documents on the web or mobile apps. With the API method, users can download documents in PDF format.

In addition to one of these methods, Narmi must enable the "Statements" feature for your institution. Please contact support@narmi.com to enable Statements.

The Documents page itself is independent of Paperless Statements enrollment. Opting in/or out of paperless statements does not affect the visibility of the Documents page.

Access documents by selecting Documents on the top navigation bar. This name can be customized. Please contact support@narmi.com for assistance.

On the Documents page, documents or statements display by month, newest to oldest. Select View to open the statement in a new web browser tab. If available, select Download PDF to download the statement to your desktop automatically.

To print or save statements on mobile, go to Mobile Banking - Statements.
