Staff members can easily view and manage all loan applications in Narmi Command.
View Loan Applications
If you have Narmi Lend enabled, your Applications menu in Narmi Command has two options: Deposits (for account opening) and Loans (for lending).
Select Loans to view loan applications. The tabs that appear depend on the loan types your institution has enabled: Personal (for personal loans) and Credit cards (for credit card loans).
The following columns are available depending on the tab selected:
Applicant – The applicant's full name
Last Updated – The date and time that the application was last updated
Evaluation – The link to the full identity evaluation decision in the Alloy platform
Status – The status of the application; go to Loan Application Statuses for details
Loan Amount (Personal loans only) – The total amount of the loan amount requested
Card Product (Credit card loans only) – The name of the credit card product selected

Sort Applications
By default, applications are sorted by Last Updated date, newest to oldest. To sort by Applicant or Loan Amount, select the arrows next to those headers. 
Search Applications
You can search for a specific application by entering an applicant name, email, Social Security Number, or application UUID in the search box.

Filter Applications
Filter the applications list by selecting the filter icon in the search box.

A side panel appears with the following filter options:
Applicant details – Enter a specific applicant name, email, or SSN
Status – The application status; go to Loan Application Statuses for details
Source – The flow used to complete the application, either:
Banking – The flow from the Narmi Banking application
Online – The flow from your institution’s website
Last updated – Enter a date range for when the application was last updated
Requested loan amount – Enter a dollar amount range

Application Details
Select an applicant’s row to open a side panel with the following loan details:
Application details – Details about the application, including:
Date created – The timestamp at which the application was initially created in Narmi Lend. The application is created after the applicant submits their personal information.
Last updated – The date and time when the application was last updated. This could be when the application was submitted or when your staff adds notes to the application.
Application ID – A unique ID link for the application. Please always reference this ID when submitting a support ticket to Narmi.
Application number – Used for internal Narmi tracking
Source – Specifies the flow where the application was completed, either “Institution site” or "Online banking”
Loan type – Personal loan or Credit card
Application record – A downloadable PDF of the application. This is only available for applications with “Offer accepted” status.

Decisioning evaluation – Select View details to see the full identity evaluation decision in the Alloy platform. This is only available if the applicant has reached this stage of the application.

Applicant details – Details about the applicant, including:
Name
Phone number – This field does not display if no value is present
Email
Date of birth
Social security number/ITIN – SSN or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). Select the eye icon to reveal the number, select again to hide the number
Physical address

Loan offers/Card offer – For personal loans, this lists the loans that the applicant was pre-qualified for. If a loan was selected, it has a checkmark next to it. For credit card loans, the selected card offer is shown.

Application history – A history timeline showing the application's lifecycle. This section shows:
Application lifecycle steps in user-friendly language, such as "Application created” or “Offer accepted."
Source of the application (the flow where it was completed), either "institution site" or "online banking.”

Notes – Your staff can use this open input text box to enter any internal notes about the application. Adding notes will update the application’s “Last updated” date shown in Application details section.

Loan Application Statuses
Loan applications may have the following statuses:
Creating – The applicant is in the process of completing the application.
Decisioning Processing – Data is in the process of being submitted to Alloy for decisioning.
Expired – The application expired because the applicant started a new application before completing their last one.
Failed – The Alloy decisioning process failed for an unknown reason.
Offers generated – The applicant was presented with loan offerings.
Offer accepted – The applicant selected the offer and submitted the application.
Pending – Data has been submitted to Alloy and is awaiting a decision.
Rejected – The Alloy decisioning process rejected the applicant.

View and download a list of all loan applications with the Lending Applications Report.
