The following loan application statuses are available in Narmi Lend. All loan types share the same statuses, but any differences per loan type are mentioned below.
Completed – The application resulted in an open account on the core banking system.
Creating – The applicant started a loan application but has not yet submitted it.
Decisioning failed – Alloy journey failed—API error or no offers on approval
Decisioning pending – Alloy returned a manual-review outcome. Your institution must action on the application in Alloy.
Decisioning processing – Alloy journey request sent, awaiting response.
Decisioning rejected – Alloy denied or withdrew the applicant.
Expired – The application expired; the following conditions apply:
If the application is in “Offers generated” status, it will expire based on the value in Narmi Command > Configurations > Institution settings > Lending Offers Expiration Days. Go to Loan Offer Expiration for details.
If the application is in “Creating” status or “Membership share pending” status, it does not expire.
LOS processing – Submission to the loan origination system (LOS)/core is in progress
LOS processing failed – Submission to the LOS/core failed permanently.
LOS paused – The core is in maintenance mode; submission is paused.
Membership share pending – The application is in progress, and the opening of the membership share is pending.
Membership share opened – The application resulted in an opened membership share on the core banking system.
Offer accepted – The applicant has selected Accept offer on step 7 of the credit card loan application flow or Get started on step 8 of the personal loan application flow. We send an email to the applicant when they accept the offer. Configure this email via Institution settings > Credit Card Offer Accepted Template or Personal Loan Offer Accepted Template.
Offers generated – The applicant was presented with loan offerings in Narmi Lend. The personal loan flow presents multiple offers from Alloy, with varying amounts, rates, and lengths. The credit card flow provides one specific offer based on the card type.
Submitted – The application was submitted for LOS/core processing. Personal Loans undergo a multi-step review and verification process: Submitted > LOS processing > Completed. Credit cards move from Submitted to Completed almost instantly.
