This action allows you to log in as the user and view their account information. Only staff users with the permission "can emulate user" have the ability to log in as a user. This is a read-only emulation and will not allow you to make changes.
To log in as a user:
From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members.
From the user list, select a user's name to open their profile.
From the Actions menu, select Login in as user.
A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, log in as user.
A banner displays across the top of the account while logged in as a user. To exit back into Narmi Command, select Release in the banner.
