Continue a Staff-Led Application

When you select Finish later in a staff-led application, your progress is saved and you can continue the application later using these instructions. If you start a staff-led application, the applicant can also finish it online on their own, as long as they use the same email address in both applications. From your institution's account opening URL, the applicant can continue by selecting I started an application but didn’t finish it.

Note: If the applicant starts the application online, it must be completed online. Your staff cannot finish the application via Staff-Led Account Opening.

To continue an application you started through the Admin Platform:

  1.  From the Admin Platform sidebar, select Account opening > Applications > In branch tab, and then select the row with the in-progress application. The status of in-progress applications display "Creating." It can also be in "Creating Pre-Approved" status if KYC was already run when the application was abandoned. For more information on application statuses, go to Common Application Statuses. 
  2.  A side panel opens with the application view. Select Finish application at the bottom.

  3.  The application opens to the last step you completed. Complete the remaining steps, as outlined in Staff-Led Account Opening for New Users.
