The Quick Actions feature enables users to customize up to five shortcuts on their Narmi Banking mobile home screen and web dashboard, providing a tailored digital banking experience that fits their everyday needs. Users can select from a list of pre-configured actions, arrange them in order, and create a personalized dashboard for one-click access to their most frequently used tools. The Quick Actions feature is enabled by default. If you would like to disable Quick Actions for your institution, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.

Customizing Quick Actions

To customize Quick Actions:

  1. In the web app, select the three-dots menu.

  2. In the side panel that appears, users can add, remove, or reorder actions. The Send money action is required and always appears first, followed by four customizable options. The default options are: Direct deposit, Card offers, and Alerts. Drag actions within Your quick actions to reorder them.

    In the web app, select Add next to an action in the Action library to add it. Select the “X” next to an action to remove it.
