ACH Manager in the Admin Platform enables your staff to manage all ACH funding transactions for Account Opening or Digital Banking, whether using Instant Account Verification (IAV) or manual account entry. With ACH Manager, you can:
Manage Real-Time Posting (RTP)
View all ACH transactions for a user
Manually generate and regenerate NACHA files
Review and decision on ACH transactions that were flagged by Account Opening validation
Review and decision on ACH transactions that were flagged by your institution's risk settings
ACH Manager Permissions
To use ACH Manager for Digital Banking, your staff must have the following permissions:
Can view ACH transaction – To view transactions and download NACHA files in the DB ACH Manager
Can change ACH transaction – To manually reject an ACH transaction or accept an ACH transaction in review in the DB ACH Manager
Can process ACH transaction – To manually process ACH transactions in DB ACH Manager
To use ACH Manager for Account Opening, your staff must have the following permissions:
Can view ACH application transaction – To use AO ACH Manager to view transactions and download NACHA files
Can change ACH application transaction – To approve or reject ACH transactions in AO ACH Manager
Can process ACH application transaction – To manually process ACH transactions in AO ACH Manager
