As we continue to make improvements to ACH Manager, if you use both our Account Opening and Digital Banking products, you will see two options: "AO ACH manager" (for Account Opening) and "ACH manager" (for Digital Banking). In a coming release, there will only be one "ACH manager" option.

ACH Manager in the Admin Platform enables your staff to manage all ACH funding transactions for Account Opening or Digital Banking, whether using Instant Account Verification (IAV) or manual account entry. With ACH Manager, you can:

  • Manage Real-Time Posting (RTP)
  • View all ACH transactions for a user
  • Manually generate and regenerate NACHA files
  • Review and decision on ACH transactions that were flagged by Account Opening validation
  • Review and decision on ACH transactions that were flagged by your institution's risk settings

To use ACH Manager for Digital Banking, your staff needs the following permissions:

  • Can view ACH transaction – With this permission, a staff member can use DB ACH Manager to view transactions and download NACHA files. 
  • Can change ACH transaction – With this permission, a staff member can manually reject an ACH transaction or accept an ACH transaction in review in the DB ACH Manager.
  • Can process ACH transaction – With this permission, a staff member can manually process ACH transactions in DB ACH Manager.

To use ACH Manager for Account Opening, your staff needs the following permissions:

  • Can view ACH application transaction – With this permission, a staff member can use AO ACH Manager to view transactions and download NACHA files. 
  • Can change ACH application transaction – With this permission, a staff member can approve or reject ACH transactions in AO ACH Manager. 
  • Can process ACH application transaction – With this permission, a staff member can manually process ACH transactions in AO ACH Manager.
