Your institution can address common requests with the Quick Links section in the Support hub. This section can be configured by your institution in Narmi Command. To do this, go to Configurations > Institution settings > Support Page Quick Links and enter the URLs that these links should direct to.
The default options are:
- Find my routing number
- Activate my debit card
- Report a lost card
- Change my login info
- Dispute a transaction
- View your FICO score
- Stop payment on a check
- Request a payment deferral
