Managing Billers

Users can easily add, edit, and delete billers directly within the CheckFree platform.

Add a New Biller

  1. Select the search bar at the top of the page and enter the biller's name.

  2. If the biller you're looking for doesn't appear in the search results, select Add biller to add the new biller.

  3. Select or add new biller. When adding a new biller, you have the option to select from the available billers or add a new one.

  4. Enter the biller's information. First, indicate if the biller is a company or a person. Enter the biller's information in the given fields and then select Add to add the new biller to your account.

  5. After adding a biller, you'll be presented with a success message at the top of the review and pay page.

Edit a Biller

  1. From the Pay Bills tab, select the biller's name to access the biller details page.

  2. To edit a biller's information, select Edit biller.

  3. Select the Edit icon to edit the relative information for each field.

  4. Select Save changes in order to save the changed information.

  5. After editing the biller's information, you will be redirected to the biller details page, where a confirmation message will be displayed.

Delete a Biller

  1. From the Pay Bills tab, select the biller's name to access the biller details page.

  2. Select Edit biller.

  3. Select Delete bill at the bottom of the screen.
