This article explains how to pay a bill, set up or edit Autopay, and use the Multipay feature.

Pay a Bill

  1. Select Pay next to a biller under My billers.

  1. Input payment details (amount, date, "pay from" account, and memo; click Pay.

  2. Review payment details, add note, then click Done.

  3. The payment will be added to the Recent activity section.

Edit a Payment

  1. From the Activity tab, select the arrow next to a scheduled payment.

    Note: Only scheduled payments are editable.

  2. Select Edit payment to start editing a payment.

  3. Enter the changes you would like to make, such as amount, date, and account to be paid from. Once done, select Save changes.

  4. After editing a payment, you'll be taken to a confirmation page.

Cancel a Payment

  1. From the Activity tab, select the arrow next to a scheduled payment.

    Note: Only scheduled payments can be canceled.

  2. Select Cancel payment.

  3. Confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel payment.

Autopay

Autopay is a service that automatically schedules and processes recurring bill payments on behalf of a user, ensuring bills are paid on time without manual intervention.

Set up Autopay

  1. Under My billers, select the biller's name to access the biller details page.

  2. Select Add autopay to get started with the autopay setup.

  3. Enter required information in all the fields, such as where to pay from, the amount to pay, frequency, and duration of payment.

  4. Review the information, then select Add autopay to confirm autopay.

  5. A message is displayed confirming autopay has been set up.

  6. After the autopay is added and while the autopay is active, there will be an indication on the biller details page.

  7. When autopay is active, there will be an autopay icon right next to the biller’s payment scheduled information.

Edit Autopay

  1. Under My billers, select the biller's name to access the biller details page.

  2. Select Edit in the Autopay section for the biller.

  3. Make any desired changes to the next delivery date, “pay from” account, amount, frequency, duration, memo, and notification settings. Select Save changes.

Delete Autopay

  1. Under My billers, select the biller's name to access the biller details page.

  2. Select Edit in the Autopay section for the biller.

  3. Select Delete autopay at the bottom.

  4. Confirm you would like to delete the autopay plan for that biller by selecting Delete plan.

Multipay

Multipay allows users to pay multiple billers at the same time.

  1. Select billers - To select a biller, select the checkbox on the left side of the biller's name.

  3. Enter the amount, date, and account to be paid from for each biller.

  4. Review the information, then select Pay selected bills to confirm the payments you wish to make.

  5. After making multiple payments, you'll be directed to the payment confirmation page.
